Club Initiation Fee
$4000 Paid only if purchasing property. One Time Charge, (non-equity and nonrefundable)
Membership Dues: Golf, tennis and general clubhouse activities, these must be paid whether
or not you are a golfer.

1) House on lot (living there or not), or
2) Lot owner living less than 35 miles away, or
3) Non-property owner living less than 35 miles away

Swimming Pool
Separate organization of members. Management owns the property and leases to the Swim Club. Stock equity is
$1800 and yearly fee of $300.
Marina & Boat Slips
$550 per year (November 1 – October 31) for a slip in Marina.
Storage Lot
Spaces rent for $120 per year
